Learning Colour Theory with Maxwell Stone (Part 1 - Limited Colour Palette)
Ever wanted to brush up on your use of colour in drawing? Really get into the nitty gritty of how to render skin, light, dark and mid tones. Well.. you’re in luck, we’re super excited to announce our first ever guest tutor, the incredible Maxwell Stone who will be teaching the first class based around “Colour Theory using chalk pastel”.
Maxwell has drawn with us quite a number of times and we have always been in awe of his work.
The lecture is split into a 20 minute presentation and a 15 minute discussion that will occur later in the class. The discussion will help artists express anything they may be having trouble with and will allow time for Maxwell to demo a draw over of students' work.
Here is the breakdown:
* 10 min. Warm up
* 20 min. Lecture
* 30 min. Draw
* 30 min. Discussion and feedback on drawings
